Not quite sure about a design or don’t have a drawing programme file yet? No problem!

At Viking we operate with Solid Works 3D modelling software for all in-house drawing and design work.

We also offer a custom drafting service to document, draw and create cut files from hand sketches, photos or sample components. Alternatively, your existing drawings or dxf cut files can be accepted.

Send in your sketch (photos of hand-drawn designs are fine) and any other details about the job, and we’ll prepare a draft design free of charge.

From here, we’ll provide a no-obligations quote on the price of laser cutting, folding, rolling and welding, as well as an estimated project completion date.

Metal Fabrication Process

The press brake machine then folds and forms the cut sheet material to accurately reflect the desired result.
We’re fully equipped to deliver custom, quality results - quickly. Our fully-automated laser cutters and CNC press machines, alongside our workshop of welding and press tools consistently provide the highest quality forming results from a wide variety of materials. Paired with our highly experienced operators, we laser cut and press materials with optimum efficiency throughout the forming process.
