Primo Bathroomware has relocated to a new, purpose-built manufacturing facility in Wigram, Christchurch. The company required the design and installation of two state-of-the-art heated downdraft spray booths, integrated with an 80 m² heated and ventilated drying room to maximize daily production output.
The Viking spray booths feature fully insulated cabins constructed from FIM-approved, fire-retardant XLAM panels. Each booth includes emergency exit doors, sliding access doors to the paint room, and double front-loading doors with large viewing windows and specialized hardware.

Viking Ltd recently designed, supplied, and installed a dual cyclone extraction system for Blue Star, a leading name in the print and packaging industry. This soluıon was tailored to enable recycling of paper and packaging product generated by a range of high-performance equipment—efficiently, reliably, and with minimal noise.
Viking was approached by APD here in Auckland. They have a unique plastic moulding oven that translates horizontally by 4m when the doors close, running back and forth along rails on the ground. It exhausts 250-350degC Air and fumes from an outlet on the top during operation.
