ECO portable or mounted electrostatic filter system

Areas of use
The ECO electrostatic cleaner, on wheels, or
wall-mounted, is the perfect solution for removing
and filtering welding fumes, oily vapour, oily mist
and odours produced by varied applications in many
industrial sectors.

With the advantage of being able to be positioned
directly over the source of pollution, sturdy
construction, a powerful suction unit combined
with efficient filtration and maximum safety
Feature making the ECO a popular choice for many
sectors.

Construction features
The ECO electrostatic cleaner comprises:

15/10 mm thick sheet steel;
- suitably sized wheels (mobile Version), two
castors, one braked, two fixed wheels and an easy
grip handle allow easy moving around the work shop;
- an electric fan unit, with a statically and
dynamically balanced "sirocco" blade impeller,
tropicalised IP55 protected motor and standard
terminal board ensures the required intake air flow;

Filter section features
- a filtering section, comprising a metal pre-filter
(or drop separator), an ionisation cell, a retaining
cell and a second metal mesh filter mounted in
series;
- an electric control panel, allows the ECO to be
used in perfect safety , fitted with a resettable
hour meter, differential thermal overload cut-off,
ON-OFF switch, indicator lights for mains supply,
ionisation cell, motor and filter block, safety
micro-switch to shut down high voltage contacts
and the power supply in the event that the
inspection hatch is opened by mistake;

- ECO T, suitable for filtering fumes and gases
produced by various types of welding process.
- ECO N, suitable for removing, filtering and
recovering compounds suspended in the oily mists
produced by machine tools.
