Areas of use
The mobile cleaners in the AER series are suitable
for use in companies where welding operations are
carried out sporadically and always produce low
concentrations of fumes. A typical example being,
for those customers who, for reasons dictated by their
activity, carry out welding operations at third party
facilities where a portable cleaner may be a primary
requirement. Following the issue of the latest
standards, this type of cleaner can be used to purify
welding fumes areas such as car repair shops.

Construction features
The portable AER cleaner comprises:
-metal body to protect the cleaner from accidental
bumps during daily use and and transportation.
- convenient handle (and wheels in the AER 102
version) to make transport easier;
-filter section comprising a metal wool pre-filter
with anti-spark function, one or two pre-treated
paper filters depending on the version, and an
activated carbon filter;
-flexible piping and suction vent with magnet and
tube;

Ease of use
Handy maintenance hatch located at the end of the
unit, gives direct access to the filtering stage.
Long term filtering efficiency and the removal of
various kinds of pollutants is ensured by the
combination of different filter options available.
